Showcasing her competition results and fitness tips, Nicole has been featured in such publications as Oxygen Magazine, Almost Famous Magazine, Ms. Fitness Magazine, Iron Man Magazine and Fitness Experts Magazine, as well as on a variety of local Chicago-area television and radio shows.

And that doesn’t even count the fact that she was a member of the iconic World Champion Chicago Bulls Cheerleading Squad. Plus she’s also was a part of the Bally Total Fitness Performance Team.
You won’t believe this, here’s the hold-nothing-back, straight, honest truth about me, Allen…
I love to eat gyros, french fries, melted cheese, and other junk foods that drive my wife nuts. Of course, eating like that can get you into trouble quick if you aren’t real careful. But still… having those things (on occasion) is important to keeping balance in your life…
With that said, there have been times when my belly has gotten out of control. Now I’ll admit that I’ve never weighed 250 pounds, or lost 130 pounds, or anything crazy like that… but I have been utterly disgusted looking at my gut, standing in the mirror, wondering why my jeans won’t fit right, and dreading putting on a swimsuit.
It was in one of those moments of weakness that I knew I had to help myself, and anyone else I could out there, by figuring out how to balance the pizza with the weight loss…
